Coach Rivera grew up playing Soccer. With the birth of his children he rediscovered how much he enjoyed teaching and growing with the sport. He started Monroe Premier F.C. within Monroe Soccer Association in the Fall of 2018 which took off with 5 teams and expanded to 7 in the Spring of 2019. He currently holds a U.S. Soccer F, E, Intro to Grassroots Coaching, 4v4, 7v7, 9v9, and 11v11 coaching licenses, as well as a rules of the game license and many other certificates and awards. He also runs the Greater Dayton Premier League and works with many other clubs in the area. Coach Rivera enjoys a quick Gegenpressing style of Soccer with a strong emphasis on precision passing. |

Coach Johnson, Russell (Rick) Johnson ,has played or coached in the local area for the past 40 years. I watch soccer as frequently as I can and I love it. I follow multiple leagues, MLS, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga and many more. I enjoy teaching young kids the sport, never sacrificing wins over knowledge. The past 10 years most of my time has been spent coaching my grandson's, in Instructional, Passers, and Wings Leagues. Coach certified in 4v4, 7v7 and 9v9. I am also a USSF and SAY certified referee. My most recent adventure has been U10 boys Premier. I also coach boys and girls youth teams indoor in the winter months. If you ever need to find me look for the guy in the straw hat. |

Coach Roetting has been a resident in Monroe for over 12 years. He has been a volunteer coach with the Monroe SAY Organization for over 6 years. Mike has coached four out of the six levels of SAY soccer and has coached as many as 3 teams in a season. Mike is currently certified with the U.S. Soccer Grassroots in Coaching 7v7, 9v9,and 11v11. Mike has helped the MSA Soccer Board for many years and joined the board in 2018 as the Passer Coach Coordinator. Mike is currently coaching 2 of our Monroe Premier F.C. teams. |

Coach Race played soccer for 16 years and although his career was cut short by a knee injury, his passion for the game never stopped. When he had kids, he jumped back into soccer by coaching his kids and joined the Soccer Board and is the President of Monroe Soccer Association. In 2012 he started coaching in Monroe and has coached for other select clubs in the Ohio area. He joined Monroe Premier F.C. in Fall 2018. He currently holds a U.S. Soccer Grassroots Coaching license, along with 4v4, 7v7, 9v9, 11v11 coaching licenses. Coach Race's favorite team is Manchester City and enjoys the "Pep Guardiola" style of soccer and has a passion to help kids develop their skills and understanding of the game. |

Coach Marcum lives here in monroe with my wife and three kids. He currently coaches both his kids, Jenna and Tyler, for several years now in both the SAY and Premier Leagues. Coach Piccioni started playing soccer at age 5 and played until an injury to his knee ended his playing time at age 15. He has been coaching soccer for the past 9 years for the Monroe Soccer Association. He moved to coaching the U14 Premier Girls in the Fall of 2018. Patrick currently holds a U.S. Soccer Grassroots Certificate in 11 v. 11. |

Coach Lewis grew up in a soccer loving family, she is one of six kids who played soccer and began playing soccer when she was 4 and continued until 18. She has two children and realized through my daughter that soccer isn't just about winning, but so much more, so she started coaching in 2013, to help kids learn to love the sport while also learning to play and develop as a player and a team. |
